David Silver, IEP/LMA; holds New York State licensing as a mold assessor, he also has first hand personal experience with molds affecting the health of loved ones in not one but two homes. He has undergone the process of water damage and mold discovery countless times and had his own home undergo extensive demolition, removal of molds, cleaning and rebuilding. He brings a much needed level of empathy to those who are embarking on this kind of endeavor. He recognizes and is sensitive to the high level stress and financial cost this can bring.
